Can I land at Jack F. Paulus Skiway (NZSP) with just an ATC clearance? Or do I need to ask some other authority before I fly there? Are there any regulations regarding 'landing rights' in Antarctica?

Let's assume I am in a private aircraft that is able to safely fly to NZSP where I am flying under IFR. Do I still need permission from some kind of authority? And what about commercial flightsflying?
