Is EASA B1 equivalent to DCAM part 66 B1 license?

I am from Bangladesh.My country have easa Bangladesh has EASA 147 approval. Does easa B1 is equivalent to DCAM B1?will my country accept the license?in which country I can get job ?what about EU?if I want to convert the DCAM license to EASA license what I have to do?what about type training?From which country I should get the training?
