I have around 85 hours towards my PPL. My former instructor never signed my IACRA for a student pilot certificate. Around May 25th, my new instructor DID sign the IACRA, and now I have a student pilot certificate, my hours completed, and I am pretty much checkride ready. But when filling out the online version of Form 8710, I am required to have a student pilot certificate (which I do have), and write down the certificate number (don't have yet, says pending still).

We had a DPE lined up for this week, my all other requirements are completed, but don't have this. Am I screwed for taking the checkride until this number comes through?
