Jan 22, 2022 at 21:39 | comment | added | Jan Hudec | Autorotation works pretty much the same way as gliding does in fixed wing aircraft. The induced drag on the blades is aft in direction of relative wind, it's just that the lift itself is tilted forward enough to maintain the autorotation. | |
