Dec 14, 2019 at 15:01 | comment | added | user116960 | I'd been going to add that when the reader is in a hurry, the lowercase l can commonly be mistaken for the uppercase I and then both can be confused with control/command characters like | which is commonly used as a column separator. It's a particular issue with monospace and sans-serif fonts, which are typically what you get in digital displays. I think this fits better alongside your answer instead. | |
