Aug 7, 2017 at 19:22 | comment | added | Terry | I don't know about the 777, but on 727-100 and 747-100/200 aircraft, the moment you advanced the thrust levers, the takeoff warning horn would go off with the flaps in a landing position rather than the takeoff position. It's loud and hard to ignore, and sim training constantly reinforces the response that when you hear that sound, you immediately bring the thrust levers all the way back. | |
