I see the path over sparsely populated area to the north. But 20° CCW would put the path right over Haarlem. So it's certainly aligned for noise abatement reasons. | |

If it had been rotated by 20 degrees CCW, the south end would have been a lot closer to the terminal, but the north end would have been near the local golf club. | |
