| Jan 5, 2016 at 16:53 | comment | added | Ron Beyer | One thing worth mentioning is that in some GA aircraft, the flap lever and the gear lever have a similar feel, and while the pilot thinks they are pulling the gear lever they may be retracting the flaps. Its best to leave both alone and focus on flying until enough airspeed and altitude are gained to start retracting them in stages. | |
