@Farhan: From the article you cited: "Most reversals are estimated to take between 1,000 and 10,000 years.". At best, a runway's heading could flip 180 degrees over 1,000 years(0.18 degrees/yr) which is changing the runway number every 55 years.

Why would a Cessna 182T not enter a stall?
Did you happen to notice your trim setting? It is possible that an extreme down-trim setting could make it harder to stall the plane. Given that your CG may have been slightly aft, you may well have had more nose-down trim than usual.
