For category 3 approaches, the airport has to transition to LVP mode. In this mode- the holding points are taken back a little bit and the runway surroundings are clear.

My question is- Is there a standard for the allowed deviations while in LVP?

Second- what is the standard for airport procedures for this mode, meaning- can an aircraft cross the runway, still be on the runway after landing- at the time when there is another plane on approach and untill which altitude?

Cheers
