This question already has an answer here:

Is it legal for a crop duster pilot to fly over and over my property? Now my animals are sick and I am under doctors care, FAA is involved. Why would a crop duster fly under 50 feet spraying a harmful chemical?

  • $\begingroup$ Crop dusters spray chemicals on fields. The height above ground during these operations is only a few feet. If you live in a rural area next to a field then this sounds perfectly normal. Reference FAR part 137. $\endgroup$ – acpilot Aug 1 at 10:56
