It looks like the Embraer E190-E2 has a raked wingtip, but isn't a raked wingtip only efficient for long-haul aircraft like the Boeing 77W?

  • $\begingroup$ @egid I believe OP is referring to the aerodynamics advantage vs. weight disadvantage, which is a real concern on larger aircraft with raked wingtips and other winglet-like devices (without saying that this is necessarily a concern on a similar scale with smaller aircraft with smaller, lighter components). $\endgroup$ – 0xdd Apr 6 '18 at 16:30
