Among the currently certified CS-23 airplanes (or "Part 23" in FAA-land or your personal region equivalent), which has the lowest rotation speed ($V_r$)?

  • $\begingroup$ Ah, I see. CS-23 is specifically an EASA term, so I thought you were asking about EASA certification only. But you could just mention in the question that you're interested in both CS-23 and Part 23 and tag it as you like. $\endgroup$ – Pondlife May 12 '16 at 13:34
  • $\begingroup$ @Pondlife no, I wrote CS-23 because it specifies well the class of aircrafts, alternative terms like "general-aviation" might lead to the inclusion of spurious airplanes that would not help me. $\endgroup$ – Federico May 12 '16 at 13:37

  • $\begingroup$ @Federico I don't think it helps the atmosphere of the site when people start their question by essentially apologizing for bothering everyone by asking a question. If you want to put it back, of course I won't delete it again but I do feel it's very, very slightly harmful to the site. $\endgroup$ – David Richerby Jun 14 '16 at 8:50
